Third regional KWA meeting in the Spanish town of Valencia

The annual meeting of the Spanish KWA members constituting the so called Círculo Paluzíe was celebrated on October 3rd in Valencia; it is already known that this group is made up by José A. Garzón, Miquel Artigas and Josep Alió.

First we visited the office of the daily ADN (Group Planeta).
José A. Garzón is the press delegate in Valencia.

Later on we had a look at the Collection of chess books "Domingo L. García Forcada"
acquired by the Biblioteca Valenciana (Valencia's Library) in 2002. In a very advanced phase of cataloguing the collection has more than 3000 volumes.

Let's remember that the Biblioteca Valenciana, situated in Valencia in the Monastery of San Miguel de los Reyes, edited the book of José A. Garzón "En pos del incunable perdido" (2001). This work is in included in the "Digital Biblioteca Valenciana" http://bv2.gva.es.

After eating a paella in Las Arenas beach, talking about chess books and
future projects, we visited the place where the America's Cup - the most famous and prestigious regatta in sailing - will be held.
